The 2008 “State of the Field” publication features two major themes introduced at the 2008 Global Youth Economic Opportunities Conference: 1) market-driven approaches to youth enterprise; and 2) methodologies for monitoring, evaluating, and conducting impact assessments. The 2008 publication also highlights emerging guidelines for the nascent sector of youth-inclusive financial services (YFS).
