  • Youth Enterprise Development (YED);
  • Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW);
  • Youth-Inclusive Financial Services and Capabilities (YFS); and
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact Assessment (M&E).

Additionally, the 2013 Conference spotlighted technology’s role in promoting economic opportunities for youth.

The 2010 publication provides a snapshot of the key take-aways and latest resources and tools shared at the 2010 Global Youth Economic Opportunities Conference by 400 conference participants from 63 countries. The 2010 publication highlights the overall advances and recommendations for the field of youth economic opportunities, and offers new hope for transforming the “youth problem” into a “youth solution.”

The 2007 “State of the Field” publication is a collection of global knowledge around youth enterprise and livelihoods that was presented at the first-ever Global Youth Economic Opportunities Conference. It provides insight into programming efforts that increase the number of youth in the workforce, particularly through self-employment, and the ability of youth livelihood programming to achieve greater impact and sustainability through scale-up and replication.
