How much does it cost? Per person registration fees* received prior to June 29, 2012 are USD$675. Registration fees received between June 30 and September 3 are USD$695. The registration rate for presenters is USD$595. Payment must be received by the dates above to acquire corresponding rates.
Making Cents has kept the registration rates as low as possible in order to facilitate participation while also helping to cover costs. We unfortunately cannot waive presenter registration fees because there are usually over 100 presenters, or 25% of total participants, and by doing so, it would increase the fees we would have to charge non-presenting participants. We are not able to offer student or group rates at this time.
How do I pay? You can pay by: 1) submitting your registration fee via PayPal through the online registration form; 2) downloading the registration form and submitting it with a check to the contact information posted above; or 3) downloading the registration form and faxing it to the attention of Chelsea Babcock at +1 202-783-4091 with credit card information included.
Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received. We cannot hold spaces and or accept payment on-site.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation requests received in writing (via mail or email) before July 20, 2012 will be refunded 100% less US$150.00 processing fee. For cancellations received after July 20, 2012, the registration payment will not be refunded. All refunds and other adjustments will be made in October, 2012. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions.
Are scholarships available? While we continue to fundraise for scholarships, we currently do not have any available. However, should scholarships become available, we will post application information here. We would really like to see you at this year's conference; please check back often for updates!
