Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing (via mail or e-mail) before July 20, 2012 will be refunded 100% less USD 150.00 processing fee. For cancellations received after July 20, 2012 the registration payment will not be refunded. All refunds and other adjustments will be made in October, 2012. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions.
